Minestrone Soup (v)
A mix of traditional vegetables mixed with light pasta and served with croutons

Avocado and Prawn Salad
Ripe avocado served with plump prawns and shredded, crunchy iceberg lettuce, served in a traditional Marie Rose sauce

Parma Ham and Figs
Honeyed black Bursa figs wrapped in strips of Parma Ham

Creamy Garlic Mushrooms
Button Mushrooms gently fried in plenty of garlic butter and served in a creamy garlic sauce

Tomato and Mozzarella Salad
A refreshing, light and tasty salad of large, beef tomatoes with soft mozzarella cheese, served with a basil infused dressing

Tagliatelle Carbonara
A twist on a traditional, classic pasta dish – ribbon pasta served in a light creamy sauce of eggs, pancetta ham and served with grated parmesan

Spinach and Ricotta Pie (v)
A nutty pie with spinach and ricotta inside a rich flaky pastry, alongside pine nuts and ground almonds, for extra flavour and texture

Rice filled Aubergines (v)
A classic Italian dish of fruit, nuts and rice encased in an aubergine case, baked in the oven and served with a tasty, toasted parmesan crust

Pan fried Pork with Lemon and Garlic
Pork Fillets stuffed with almonds, garlic and prosciutto ham, served with a zesty lemon sauce

Braised Lamb Shanks with Roasted Shallots

Slow roasted lamb shanks infused with Garlic, Rosemary and sweet, roasted shallots

Sicilian Tuna
Thick tuna steak marinated in olive oil, garlic, chilli and lemon, lightly griddled and served on a bed of fennel and red onion

Prosciutto Chicken
Chicken fillets stuffed with ricotta cheese, nutmeg and spinach, then wrapped in prosciutto ham and gently cooked in white wine

(All our main dishes are served with a “Contorno”/vegetable plate.
This consists of garlic roasted potatoes, green beans and broccoli.)
